Contest Brief

Hello Everyone,

The goal of this contest is to produce a tool to automate a manual process. The process consist in the following steps

1. Input data are billing receipts in PDF, they can be opened in Word because they ar enot images, its text and tables. All the billing receipts are saved in the same folder, the tool must be able to go to the folder and and extract the data needed from each of them.

2. There are close to 40 different providers, each provider have their own receipt template and layout but contains the same information.
3. Each data point from the receipt is currently being manually inputted to an excel file, which then generates a summary box that has to be saved and populates a tables where each row is a billing receipt and in each column it appears each data point retrieved from the receipt.

3. Example of how the billing is merged with the ticker (yellow square) and saved as a new file.

Additional Information: The process must be scalable because there are several bill each month, and a data row must be created for each of them and an output file must be created as well (just at the one attached which includes the yellow square)
