Bet Entry Points
Based on your updated brief and in continuation with my last work, I have tried to do a very basic analysis to assess Support & Resistance levels and also, Bet entry levels. Bet entries are triggered when Win/Loss ratio is greater than 2 (we can have this as an input and you can run different cases to back test what levels might be suitable). Your basic filtering for deleting values beyond a certain range can be achieved using filters built in within excel. I am thinking you might not need a program for that, but may be I don't yet understand your need completely. I must confess, I am slightly confused as to what you really might have on your mind.
