Athletics Track Squad Needs a Logo Design

Contest Brief

I need a logo design that will be printed on competition singlets that will be worn by many of my athletes. My athletes are all sprinters, with varying ages (13 years +) and a few are of elite level. We are based in the Eastern Suburbs (Sydney) and do most of our training at an athletics track called "ES Marks". The type of design I would like to see, is simple, marketable and communicates an athletics team/squad/club. The following information I'd like to have included are (1) 2015-2016 (this is the current competition singlet), (2) ESTC or ESTS or EST Squad (Initials representing Eastern Suburbs Track Club), (3) Team Shaun (I am the coach) and (4) "On Your Marks" (phrase that will be used with the logo or separate and on it's own to be printed on the back of a singlet. The main logo will be printed on the front, around the chest region. Similar to a badge. The logo will eventually be printed on training bags, hats and other items of clothing in future for my athletes to wear. It can be in colour or simple black and white but hopefully conveys fast, running, speed, sleek and simple. Not cluttered. Please include the above information as part of the main logo name (logo text). I am open to different ideas to help with finalising or improving design/concept.
