LOGO: ARTA Villa Nature

I need a new logo or you can just adjust the TREE that makes the T in the existing logo / ( File ARTA LOGO attach.... )

its a logo for a HOUSE Condominium...

But the House is a very modern house and i feel that the existing Tree doesnt quite represent the style of the MODERN house .... i attach some images of the condominium and the house style.
Please , i need a minimal luxury modern LOGO , please try to adjust the fonts to manage with the a modern tree...
I send in attch as well an artistic tree as a reference that i like.
