Contest Brief

Hi

We would like to have presentation drawings done for a one storey house. The submission must include color rendered floor plan and photo realistic exterior rendering similar to attached pictures. This project is not for any client in particular so have fun with it. Must have the following

House specs
1500 sqft/ 130 m2 area Approximately
One floor low to the ground (slab on grade)
Flat lot
No basement
Simple roof lines but with a bit of character
No flat roof
Modern or traditional
Rooms - Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom with private bathroom, two other bedrooms, Attached double garage, Mudroom, Laundry Room, Mechanical Room.

MUST BE ORIGINAL DESIGN AND NOT A COPY OR HAVE COPYRIGHT ISSUES as it will be used for promotional purposes by our company. We will retain ownership of the design(s) selected.

We may select more then one winner and award more then one prize

Hello. I was wanting to ask you how you feel about having the master suite on first floor? I know you want it to be on the ground floor and i could do that if we have a bit more flexibility with the area? Right now i am keeping it locked at 1500 sq feet
