Contest Brief

I need to fine tune 20 pictures for a real estate properties / beach resort. and need the following:
1- Fine tune the colors, brightness, etc
2. Add effects and tune green areas to the garden on the properties images
3- Add effects and tune beach and sea images (i.e. add jetski, boats, tune the sand,etc).
4. Merge picture of kids and people to both the units and beach images and add shadow effects, and tune the pictures as if it was real.
** Check the sample in the attachment (empty beach picture to be merged with kids picture into one tuned image )
