  Now time and cost - depends on the volume of work, as there are no information about the website/application it is very tough to give time and money estimation. Normally application takes more time than website to upgrade -
  
  Proposals of time and cost :
  
  1. simple website i.e - showing some products or some static like information pages = time : 2days, cost: 30 USD
  2. simple website/application with moderate business logic i.e - login, admin, employee etc = time:4days, cost: 60USD
  3. complex dynamic website with so many queries and model = time: 7days cost:100 USD
  4. website/application with API = time: 7days cost:120 USD
  5. website/application with API + browser test(dusk library) = time: 8days cost:200 USD
  6. website/application with unit-testing = time: 10days cost:300 USD
  7. website/application with API+ browser testing + unit testing = time: 15days cost:500 USD
