Contest Brief

The task is threefold, I'd like someone to:

1) Re-create our existing standalone logo 'acceptcards'
2) Re-create the existing logo with the strapline, but change the strapline text to 'Independent Payment Experts'
3) Create an image / icon that can be used alongside the logo.

I appreciate any designer can re-create the existing logo so the contest will be based on the image / icon designs provided and the winner will take the whole job.

Our existing logo is attached, these are the only formats i have it in but i would like all outputs to be provided in a range of formats so i can use them on web, print and electronic collateral.
