I have checked the design on https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay and the Image text is "OK"which mean ad will run normally. Let me know how does it look and if you need any kind of changes . Facebook prefers ad images with little or no text, because images with a lot of text may create a lower-quality experience for people on Facebook. So I have put simple and minimal text in it.
