I worked as an ADMIN OFFICER before and CSR from a Telco in a BPO Industry.
With my previous job as an Admin Officer, I handled sales invoice, payroll, purchase orders, order fulfillment, collections, secretarial jobs. Basically I handled almost all of the works my boss needed.
As a CSR, I worked under an Australian Telco and handled customer's complaints, queries, sales & billing, and some simple technical issues.
Right now, I am a full-time mother and this job would be perfect for me. I still want to succeed with my career and having this kind of job would be very ideal for the whole family as I do not have to leave my kids to someone else's care. I would like to be productive as a mother and in financial terms as well.
I am efficient, fast learner, and have great interpersonal skills.
