About Us: We are offshore set up company located in Chennai, India. We were formed in the year 2003 and within short span of time we have increased the strength of our company with a good team work and expertise. We have total strength of 30+ Techies with us. Our Developers are Multi skilled and expertise in PHP, Java, Dot net and ASP with excellent database knowledge namely MySQL, MsSQL and SQL server. We have separate team for Design and their expertise are Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash and design related software. We have server administrators who support many of clients in their problem solving issues, configure/monitor the server, configure the database such as MYSQL, MSSQL and handling against any kind of hack or any misleads to their servers. Process of Flow We have listed below the process of the flow that is followed in our Company for any New Project that comes in. 1) Preparation of Functional Spec. 2) After Freezing the Spec from Both sides will start the Database Design. 3) Template Design. 4) After Approval of Template, will demonstrate the Project with HTML pages. 5) Once demo is approved will start with coding part. 6) Alpha release of the Project. 7) Testing Phase. 8) Beta Release 9) Project Live. Standards We have listed below the standards that will be followed by our company during the course of development of the project. Search Engine Standards • H1 tag for each and every Web site. • Meta Tag keywords, description, title to be inputted on each and every web page. We require the Meta Tag keywords, description and title to be provided from your end. • Site Map to be implemented for each Web site. • ALT tags to be provided for each and every image in the web site. • To avoid more usage of images, to avoid in delay in loading of the web page. We need co-operation from the client end to implement the same • We would slice the images before implementing into the web site which would reduce the loading time. Design Standards • We will design the web sites so that the web pages will appear without horizontal scroll bar in all resolutions. • Browser support, the web site can be viewed on any browser namely: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Fire fox and Netscape navigator. • Uniform Navigations in all the web pages of a web site. • We will implement Cascade Style sheet (CSS) for each of the web site we develop. Testing Standards • Prepare the Test Cases based on the design and functionality • Cosmetic bug test will be made for each site before delivery. We need co-operation from the client side on this on some spelling especially on nouns (name of the person, name of the place). • Testing for the connectivity of the link, like whether all the links embedded are working properly, are there any links which are not targeted to their original path, are there any links which lead to an unknown page etc…. • Validation Check. Delivery Standards • Framing up of Functional Specification and Time line for Project. • Before delivery check list on the functionality part will be maintained. • We would like to have a check list by which we can check whether all the above standards are maintained in a web site. • We will be sending Weekly reports which will accumulate following details: ? Project Status. ? Work completed in that Week ? Work to be completed in the next week ? Resource (Developer/ Designer) assigned on the project. Server Administration We have server administrators who support many of clients in their problem solving issues, configure/monitor the server, configure the database such as MYSQL, MSSQL against any kind of hack or any misleads to their servers. We have vast experience in Linux especially in Linux Kernel, Configuration of Apache, PHP/ZEND and MYSQL. • IT experiences with exposure to System and Network administration in both Linux and Unix Environments. • Technical Support Executive and Server Administrator • Instrumental in setting up the Intranet Servers and serving remote support Admin tasks. Key projects such as Nxtek and Spirit servers. • Worked as a consultant for few companies in Chennai in building up their servers and Migrating databases. • Hands-on experience in administering DNS Server, HTTP Server, Mail server, FTP Server and Database Servers.
