## BIO XS-Design is small web development firm based in Romania (Eastern Europe). XS-Design staff is divided into two teams, one specialised in graphic interface design, multimedia development and Flash animation, while the other focuses on e-comerce solutions, dynamic sites and back-end programming. We are situated in Iasi, Romania and consist of young programmers and designers which are professionals in their fields. All our employees have previous freelance or subcontractor experience of at least 3 years.
