I have a long working experience in Customer Service and Admin which a lot of them ere under Business Process Outsource companies. I have provided support for different product areas of assistance such as technical service providers, clothing and apparel, sporting and athletic goods. I also did administrative tasks which made me more computer literate and good at multitasking. With the wide background in these fields, I got promoted as Team Leader/Team Supervisor. I even worked in the other country for a private transportation and logistics company as one of the Team Leads in the Contact Center or Command Center Department. Since I have passion for writing, I did try to pursue a career on it and was able to work as a home-based article or content writer. It's a part-time job but it gave me more knowledge on this job and my writing skill was also upgraded.
