working as Linux consultant for a dedicated customer with around 4500 servers. I’m working on project of new build, maintenance, migration and decommission services. My goal is to get stability and control of the environment, avoiding having outage on systems. As part of my position I have to attend an on call support for zLinux with 6 servers on this environment and Unix support for around 4500 servers, helping to solve issues to basic level support with incidents and changes implementation.
