I am experienced in Microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint. I have over 5 years of experince in retail customer service. Also, I am experienced in data entry, and research, and in fact have just finished updating a mailing list for a client. (With both individuals and businesses). I type at 38 wpm with 97% proficiency, (working on the speed), and have a tendency to double check and triple check everything I do. I am sort of OCD that way.
