Professional consulting for NGOs, government and UN agencies in the following areas: designing, developing and delivering training on program and organisational capacity development, PRA and gender analysis; facilitation of stakeholder workshops; developing result-based monitoring systems; conducting reviews/ evaluations; training and facilitating strategic planning and management processes; backstopping services; and conducting research and studies. He has also established and led country programs of two international NGO known as 'Send a Cow-UK ' and 'Heifer International USA ' for more than two years.
