## BIO ***Roy Nicholl*** has a background in network & communications security and software development spanning fifteen years. He has worked as a consultant guiding companies in formulating and implementing information security management practices and as a software architect, where he designed security systems for the telephony industry. He has active in efforts to establish industry standards for authentication and access control technologies. Prior to co-founding Surety Partners, Mr. Nicholl served as the Chief Technology Officer for Atlantic Systems Group Inc. ***Serge Chevarie-Pelletier*,** has more than eight years experience in software development with an emphasis on software process improvement, quality assurance and configuration management. He is actively involved in the Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) whose objective is to improve the productivity of the software industry and advance the quality of software being produced. Prior to co-founding Surety Partners, M. Chevarie-Pelletier has held senior software engineering positions with security software companies Zeroknowledge Systems Inc. and Atlantic Systems Group Inc.
