I have been working as a IT support in different organization. basic computer setup, setting up and troubleshooting printers and scanner, working in domain system, troubleshooting on active directory and group policy applied on the computer, mostly dealt with the trust relation problem occurred in the policy applied computer, monitoring network link and troubleshooting it, software and hardware support and maintenance of the system , troubleshooting on the OS security patch update and feature update in the system via wsus server and internet,troubleshooting or supporting the problems reported by the user via (phone call, ticket system)
