## BIO In brief, I have been an IT professional for 10 years, with a extensive experience in data driven analysis and applications. I am highly proficient in SQL, with a truly scary amount amount of experience in query optimization. In a nutshell, if it's done in Microsoft SQL Server, I've done it. I am a process improvement consultant, with an eye towards automation. This requires blending the power of databases with applications and interfaces that are developed for your typical end user. As such, I hae extensive experience in customizing and programming the entire Microsoft Office suite. My preferred language for this is either VBA or .NET. Beyond this, client-server applications are a cornerstone of modern applications. I have extensive experience in reporting services, ASP.NET, and other web-based applications.  In addition to my IT experience, I have  an advanced degree in experimental physics (graduate work in cryogenics with an emphasis on high-Tc superconductors). This entails a truely disturbing background in mathmatics, logic, and quantative analysis.
