Sam is a very talented developer who knows what he does. He definitely has great IOS skills! At first communication was great, he really took the time for us. Unfortunately we had a misunderstanding in the workflow. We wanted to have every detail perfect from the beginning. For Sam it was a problem because he first wanted to do the main things and later focus on details. He also miss calculated the deadline (maybe because of the details we wanted). Later communication was not so good anymore, it took at first several hours to get an answer and later it even took days. However Sam is a correct guy, he even denied the last milestone because of the fact he didn't´t finished the project. Also he gave us the latest full code, which isn´t obvious after a failed collaboration. All in all sam is a good developer. If he would have calculated the time and the money he earns more precisely it would have been a very good team work.
