I was working with an Distance Learning Institute as an Center Head and I have 1 year of Experience.. My Rules and Responsibilities was to Council the Walk In Students and Parents.. I used to do a Team handling wherein I help my Team Members to achieve the Monthly Targets.. I had handled the Account Department as well , where I used to give Follow Ups to the Enrolled Candidate for the Monthly EMI's... I used to Co-operate with Universities for the Bulk Admission Process , Books , Payments , Examinations , etc.. I was involved in Business Development and Training & Development too as my Responsibilities was to Tie-ups with School , College , Corporate Companies for more Admissions and give Training to my Employee regarding Communication Skills , Motivation , Products , Counseling , etc This was my Full-Time Job..
