I asked for two specific fixes in one hour and shared the full code The first fix was made on time He tried several options to make the second fix but at the end none of these options fixed the issue, it took him more than the agreed time and at the end he said that this requires responsive design which will be very expensive I had to close the project and release the money which was very trivial to stop wasting my time more than that, he is still new to freelancer.com so perhaps he doesn't know how this should work but I advised him that he should deliver the full project which he was committed to deliver !
