I have worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative for 8 years in the BPO industry where we cater customer service support for a financial account. I was one of those responsible in receiving escalated calls, customers requesting to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor. I was part of the SME or the “Subject Matter Experts” team wherein we also support the entire production on all questions and inquiries about our product. I have graduated with a Degree in Business Management and have a strong background on sales and marketing strategies. I am task-oriented, hardworking and is efficient in every job given to me.
