Do you need help? I have 15 years experience modifying chemical manufacturing processes, to make them more efficient and to allow them to produce more profitable products. I develop the whole process, from purchasing reagents to modifying chemistry and manufacturing equipment to organizing the manufacturing flow and QC criteria. I also explore the landscape (patents, literature, etc) related to your process, propose new products based on your process, and work with marketing to release the product. I design processes to be robust, efficient, and error-free as possible. I have experience in reagent consumption optimization, alternative reagent discovery, new reaction design, work instruction design, personnel organization, procurement, and patent/literature investigation. I am available for consulting, to find ways to help your process become better, faster, and cheaper, but also to help find ways to alter your product so that customers are willing to pay more for them.
