Unfortunately even though I was very satisfied with the quality of the code, and generally things would work as expected as a web agency we value more than expertise the professionalism and communication. Unfortunately there were a few tasks that could not be completed, there wasn't any transparency into the difficulties and deadlines were missed many times. We would have appreciated more forward communication in the issues and capabilities to deliver so that we could plan accordingly.
