I am an Aeronautical Engineer (Venezuela, 1979) with a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Oklahoma State University, U.S.A. 1985). I have completed the coursework program (no thesis) for the Doctor of Science Degree in Instrumentation (Universidad Central de Venezuela, 2007). I have advanced courses in Mechatronic (Spain, 1998). I have been working as university professor for more than 37 years. I have worked as staff member for the Mechanical Department and the Graduate Study Department at the University.
