We are a working as a international team: part from Norway - Europe (design team) and another part in Brazil - South America (development team). About, team communication at one project, it´s not a problem to us, the team uses Yahoo IM Voice and SKYPE Daily. We have 17 years of experience at IT area. During that period we had done several projects at C++, .NET, PHP, using always strong software methodologies using OO and UML, databases Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server.
