I have been working at CMMI level 5 companies for years and have inclination towards processes, not just because they need to be in place. But presence of processes contribute to the quality of the software many folds. Saves us a lot of chaos across the SDLC and mainly sleepless nights towards the deadlines. :) I am having extensive experience in testing of enterprise applications across the domains. Having great exposure in BFSI, Media and Entertainment, and healthcare domain. I also believe strongly to automate anything and everything as it is being developed this reduces the piling of technical debt and inverse effect on the quality of application.
