I am a graduate of Information Technology major in Information System Streams. Most of my previous work experiences deals with the BPO industry. I was a supervisor for an online store account(eBay) for 2 years. We cater to buyers and sellers in their issues with the products that they buy and sell. I have been with different accounts as well that assists customers as a customer service specialists for Netflix, QuickBooks, Linksys(technical support), etc. I am a fast learner. I am willing to be trained. I am hardworking. And I always ensure that I deliver my job in a timely manner.
I have been working in the industry of customer service for more than 10 years. I have handled billing issues, order tracking, technical support, sales, etc. And this job requires multi-tasking. Checking on the details very keenly to make sure that the information provided is accurate while answering the clients needs and concerns. In this industry, being fast at the same time accurate is really and advantage and I am confident that I was able to display these important factors in whatever task I am doing.
