Real Estate Spreadsheet IRR table

The freelancer definitely tried to deliver but was not understanding my specific requirements. I dont know if it was a language issue more than a lack of experience with real estate. Additionally, he was very impatient always sending me question marks when i didnt respond right away (time difference). Overall not thrilled.
