I approached Jason to look at a project i posted after I noticed he had the skills i was looking for. After a brief chat and a skype call i knew he would be the right candidate for the role. His work has been excellent and where he was unsure of particular things, he went out of his way to learn the skill required. I hope that the relationship continues further between us as I aim to develop my project further over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
