Through-out many years when I assisted in many shorts, music videos and other video-related projects, I co-founded a production company in Paris and co-realized the indie documentary feature „Nobody Knows My Name”.
Desiring to expand my knowledge onto commercial-associated rules of storytelling, I went working as a copywriter in Scholz & Friends ad agency to get the raw insight.
Since then I've been focused on projects where I exercise my experience to keep the balance of my work between commercial, editorial & off.
Keeping the rules of engagement on the spot I'll occasionally toast to animal pleasures, to escapism, to rain on the roof and instant coffee, to unemployment insurance and library cards, to absinthe and good-hearted landlords, to music and warm bodies and contraceptives… to driving fast on empty streets with nothing in mind except falling in love and not getting arrested . . . Res ipsa loquitur. Let the good times roll.
