## BIO Dear Sirs, In brief, I started out my career in the position of Administrative Assistant for a large Manufacturing organisation in South Africa.  From there I went into my own Transport business with my husband where I had total administrative responsibility, this role covered the Finance function, Administrative duties, Personnel Management and Scheduling.  Through this venture I discovered my passion for Human Resources and decided to pursue this career.  I then worked for KFC in South Africa where I was employed as the HR Manager.  I worked with KFC for 5 years before moving to the United Kingdom with my family. I then joined the organisation I currently work for where we are Industry Leaders in the Business Services field.  I joined the Company as an HR Advisor and was promoted within 6 months to HR Manager.  I have been with the organisation for 4 years now. My main motivator for my career is my love of developing people however a particular strength is I set an extremely high standard for all the Administration within my department.  I believe that my years of experience in the world of Business Administration and Human Resources would be of real value to organisations using the Virtual Assistant function.
