Lead the software development team, which develops Exceed onDemand product. Exceed onDemand is an implementation of X Server for PC. This implementation uses Thin client technology. As a team leader my duties include team management, work planning and assignment. Involved in product design and development.
Used Java (Jdk 1.3, Swing), JBuilder, RMI, Application Server Component and servlet development, C++ (SDK, Win32), Visual C++, Windows NT/2000/95/98, Unix (different flavors), Client-Server, Three Tier Architecture.

Involved in development of Exceed Web and Exceed onDemand products. Involved in design and development of several components of these products.

<u>Team Leader</u>
Led the software development/testing teams of 2-6 engineers. The following methodologies were used in daily tasks: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, full development lifecycle, product maintenance/support. As a Team Leader was involved in the following projects:
*Automatic Audio Logger Testing System.*
This system is intended to automate a testing of Audio Loggers. These loggers are used in telephony. The system invokes scripts to simulate an activity of the real telephone network the Audio Logger is connected to. Involved in analysis of the system, creating of object- oriented design of whole internal data structures and algorithms, and system implementation.
Used Visual C++, UML, Tcl; Windows NT.
*SNMP Multi-Agent Simulator.*
SNMP Multi-Agent simulator was used in order to test SNMP management application. This simulator allows running many SNMP agents on a single computer running Windows NT. Each one of the agents has its own IP address, i.e. like each agent runs on a different system. The simulator allows executing test scripts for these agents, in order to simulate a work of the real SNMP agents. Involved in analysis and design of this system.
Used Visual C++; Windows NT, TCP/IP, SNMP.
*CA-Unicenter Year 2000 Compliance.*
CA-Unicenter is a data center management product. Led a team of 6 people, which performed year 2000 compliance testing and bug fixes of this product. Wrote test documents, planned the work, assigned the tasks and controlled their fulfillment.
Used C, Unix, X indows/Motif, CADB, SQL.
*System Management Products, belonging to POLYCENTER/Unicenter Product Suite.*
Led a team that tightly worked with Digital Equipment Corporation and Computer Associates, providing outsourcing services for several products from POLYCENTER/Unicenter product suites. That included maintenance, bug fixes and further development of these products. Involved in bug fixes and development process.
Used X Windows/Motif, C, VAX Pascal, UIL; Digital UNIX, OpenVMS.

Involved in system analysis, solution design, implementation and testing of the following applications:
* Designed and developed an application for graphical representation of the Logic Circuits. Used Visual C++; Windows 95.
