I am an experienced customer service executive and I am well equipped with the knowledge of various CRM tools like Freshdesk and Zendesk I also set appointments using Calendly, Bookify and Picktime. I have worked to companies, mostly remotely where I have been able to cold call, cold email and book appointments and meetings for my clients. My ability to be able to pay attention to details have help me to be proactive, communicative and made me a good team player. My most recent experience is working with a company of 70 co-workers. It is a company that sells computers and computer accessories to people. I worked as a customer service executive and I helped solve clients problems or escalate it to the right channel. This experience have helped improve my skills as a virtual assistant and as a customer relationship manager.
