I am currently working as a Legal Entity Controller - Analyst in our company. As a legal entity controller analyst, I submit reports to different regulatory bodies. These reports are made using Microsoft Excel prior to submission. Previously, I was a Risk Operations Analyst in the same company. As a risk operations analyst, I answer inbound calls from our customers regarding their accounts. I make sure that I am protecting them and our company against fraud. With my prior company, I was a technical service representative. I assisted customers chatting in about their phone, internet and cable services.
