Svilen V is one of the best freelancer I've ever come across. He was very interested in my projected from the very get go and not worried about the money side of things, obviously money is also important for freelancers but for clients work is what comes first. His english skills are like a native english speaker I did not feel as if english was his second language, he blew me away with his professionalism and skills in php laravel framework.
