I was born in Italy and I'm interested in foreign languages since the elementary school. I have an school leaving-certificate in Tourism and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation. I studied english, german, french, spanish and a little bit of japanese and I attended my last university year in German. I have one season experience as a front office for a 3* hotel in Cesenatico, Italy. My work consisted in getting in touch with customers, at the front desk or on telephone, explaining the hotel services, helping them to solve issues and of course giving them the best suggestions about excursions to make. I also translated the menu in german, french and english.
