I've been in the IT Consulting business for over 18 years. I got started at the bottom of the totem pole as a mere web developer. I have worked long enough in this field where I am often in a Technical Consulting & Lead Architect role for my clients. I have a breadth and depth of experience in not only implementing technical solutions but also being able to have high-quality, productive conversations with clients to help determine the best solution design. I believe in fostering a working environment where constant feedback can be given and received. I'm uniquely qualified for many of the freelance jobs here mostly because of my consulting background and because of my deep technical background. I have worked on several large systems and in all aspects including UI analysis, web/usability design, web development, middle-tier development in languages/frameworks like Java/JEE & Spring, database design/development, testing, team leadership, and more.
