The customer is always right, even when they are wrong, irate, impatient and rude! But, in the hands of a skillful, patient, and courteous Customer Service Representative your customer will still be your customer at the end of the call. Our CSR's receive several weeks of Customer Service training before they begin working at Caliber Express. Our employment requirements for CSR's are very stringent. Each CSR comes on board with a minimum of 3 (consecutive) years of customer service experience or 2 years of college with an AA or AAS degree.
