I am a Journalist by profession hence I have editing, proofreading, translation, data entry, and transcription skills which I have acquired over time with my 5-year experience in the field. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, and Journalism, with added training in Customer service and support. I also do social media marketing and management.
