He started working with this 2019 at first he did nice work. then the next milestones he demanded payment before doing the job and when I paid .. he never cared to work on it ... but begged him to work on the thing I paid for. His code is undocumented and poor. I have spent more than 2k on a project but he ended up not finishing thereby wasting my time and money .. to me he is the first terrible developer and freelancer I have met here.
