I’m an MBA holder working in management consulting firm as HR Consultant, 10 years work experience with 6 years in managerial position. Have a multinational experience in McDonald's and Uniliver. My objective is to improve organization effectiveness through managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering Human Resource Management, Organization Design, HR Transformation, HR Governance and Change Management. Also engaged in the digital transformation, HR audit and HR department support of multiple organizations.
