This project is meant to segment liver from various CT images. The figure above shows a CT image and its corresponding mask. Again, we use a neural network (U-net) based approach to perform the task. It is under process these days and is expected to be finished by the end of this month with a dice score greater than 95%.

Liver Detection from CT Data

The aim of this project was to identify special protein structures found in cells having mouth cancer. It is a tricky job as the protein structures can vary a lot and sometimes be similar to the background. With the help of existing Convolutional Neural Networks and tweaking them to our benefit, we achieved an accuracy of more than 93%.

Keratin Pearl Detection

One symptom of some types of cancers, including mouth cancer, is that the epithelium cells enter the connective tissue. This project is a part of a larger project aiming to diagnose cancer with AI. We have segmented out the epithelium tissues in this task using artificial neural networks. After the segmentation, it is easier to identify if the patient is having cancer. The results are very encouraging and we have achieved a dice score of more than 90%.

The object of this project was to develop an android app which perform object detection on live feed from camera. I had to detect doors and doorsteps in live feed. This was achieved for training tensorflow lite model on given trainign data and integrating it with android.

The aim of this project was do design an electronics circuit which can switch lead acid batteries bewteen series and parallel configuration for desried frequency. The object was achieved using simulink model.
