This App displays stats about power generated and the savings achieved by the solar powered IOT device. The customer see daily data or a snapshot of weekly and monthly usage and quickly identify any issues.

The user can also order devices through the app and track the delivery and installation.

I implemented the android App. The app interacts with server through REST APIs and stores the data in the phone for offline operation. The server backend was developed in Ruby on Rails.

Solar App

Maximo 360 is a Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application for workorder management. Complete solution to manage work activities, from initial request through completion and recording of actuals.

Features implemented include:

1. iOS and Swift - Developed for iOS in Swift programming language. Cool UI elements and animations. Core Data based database.

2. Media - Supports taking photos and videos of work done, capturing signature & uploading to server. Includes barcode reader.

3.Google maps - Google map integration to show location of assets.

4. IBM Maximo - Interacts with IBM Maximo server for all work order management, fetching workorder details and updating with status and snapshots.

5. Offline operation - Seamless offline mode of operation. All data cached locally and synced with server when online in background.

6. Push notification - Users receive work order assignments and changes through push notification.

Enterprise Asset Management

Smackaroo is a social chat application for sports enthusiasts. It feeds in real time game scores and commentary and allows friends to form groups and chat and support their favorite teams.

Implemented the Android App and the Backend Server in Node.JS and MySQL and hosted on AWS.

Features include:

1. Chat Messaging - Chat implementation using XMPP protocol. Support for Private and Group chats.

2. Media Sharing - Support for creating and sharing of audio, video and images. Support for sports news feed.

3. Backend Server - REST server to handle game scores and commentary feed, user and chat creation and administration. Hosted on AWS cloud platform. Implemented using Node.js

Game Chat App

SmarterBiz is a mobile CRM solution that helps sales personal record and track customer interactions, prioritize and follow up on enquiries and helps managers gather analytics on sales conversions.

Developed the Android App, the backend in Node.js and SQL Server and deployed in Azure Cloud.

Implemented the following:

1. Call Recording - Automated recording of sales calls, uploaded to cloud and streamed instantaneously.

2. Audio Format Conversation - Conversion of audio from amr to mp3 on the cloud; automatic scaling to handle peak load.

3. Google Integration - Integrated with Gmail, Google Calendar, Office 365 email and Calendar.

4. Server Backend - Server backend (Node.js) and database (SQL Sever) built for performance and scale.

5. Azure Cloud - Solution deployed in azure cloud platform and built for scale, performance and reliability.

6. Analytics - Admin Dashboard with analytics on sales performance. Automated email reports with daily summary.

Lavelle is a SDN Network Gateway. The App is for monitoring and configuring the network device from a mobile phone. Data is presented in nice line graphs. Customer can drill down from overall graphs to each device graphs to interface level graphs.

I developed the android app. Data is fetched from the server through REST API. The data is also cached in the phone, to avoid delay in displaying the data and for offline operations.

I did several performance optimisations to reduce the amount of network round trips, reduce the amount of memory needed for caching data and to reduce the processing time to generate and display the graphs.
