Project 12313259 has been deleted

Before hiring I asked this person 5 times if he is really internet and if he is really a responsible writer. His reply was, he would do anything to get this project successful. The project was worth of $1000. Right after hiring within 3 hours he sent me message saying he got a job and he cant od the job. He was just looking to bid for fun. So let me just ask you one thing, do you really want to hire some one like him for your project and to waste your money and time? If yes, then you are welcome to hire him. But I would strongly advise against this.
