I have extensive experience write training courses and delivering training as well as creating user reference guides and videos for reference after training and for training new users. I can also help you to manage change within your organisation with regard to software upgrades and with encouraging a smooth transition of change, especially with regard to embracing new ways of working. My software experience is with Microsoft 365 and many other bespoke legal and financial applications. I am TAP and COLF certified and have my Certificate of Education degree. I can work remotely or face to face depending on your location, however, my travel costs will be additional to my hourly rate.
