Maintaining the calendar plan for scheduling and fixing executive meetings. Assist the clients, partners and executives in presentations and summarizing reports and documents. Manage and prioritizing the multiple tasks that have been assigned. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. Schedule and handling all the travel plans of the executive management. Organizing & Coordination of meetings & get-togethers for (VP- Asia & COO).
