Project Brief:

Dashboard that gives over all information of business through KPI's like direct cost, Indirect Cost and EBITDA%. Which enables users to get information of how business is doing across all locations over period of time.

Laying the groundwork:
Gathering requirements from the client, Designed reports and dashboard and came up with the flow diagram attached below.

Solutioning Phase:
 Created dashboard in power bi on top of data warehouse created based on data loaded from remote MS Access database and deployed the same on Power BI server.
 Connected to SQL Server data warehouse and created joins between facts and dimensions to prepare a proper data set.
 Created dashboards for TNPS, Repeat, Tagging and Agent Performance etc. and Published to Power BI server.
 Implemented RLS, APPs, Mobile View, Bookmarks, ToolTips and Used Visual Code to change .YAML to improve QA utility in PowerBI.
 Developed SSIS package with script task to pull data

Financial Dashboard

Project Brief:

Project involved developing report for business owner to have insights for budget management and team efforts for the campaign marketing team.

Laying the groundwork:

Gathered required from the client, Designed dashboard and came up with the flow diagram attached below.

Solutioning Phase:

 Created Reports with new features using SSAS and SSRS.
 Transform and model data in OLAP.
 Creating Database objects for implementing application functionality at the database side for performance improvement.
 Created SSIS packages to bring data from different servers to our reporting server.
 Connected data from SQL Server through OLAP to generate reports.
 Created gateway connection for schedule refresh so report get up to date data.
 Created Cubes (Tabular) in on-premises SSAS. Implemented RLS and Role level Security in Cube.
