American/Canadian Writers Needed

This writer is a complete waste of time! I gave him 5 articles to do in 24 hours (which he assured me he could do), and he had missed deadline. I wrote asking for them, he said they weren't finished. Another 24 hours passed, and he said he would send when he was finished. They never came. He stopped responding to messages. WASTE OF TIME.
